Complexity of a Task is identified by the level of skills required to complete a task. Tasks with more Complexity is assigned to well experienced resource in the Team.
Complexity of a Task is a required field and it is a string data type Field. Combo box is used to add list of complexity Levels (Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, etc.) and Select one level. Here are few more characters of the Complexity of a Task in the Project Plan Templates.
- Tasks with Level 1 complexity are simple tasks and assigned to junior resource.
- Tasks with Level 3 complexity are more complex tasks and assigned to senior resource.
- More billed hours allocated for Higher Complex tasks.
- Tasks with Level 3 Complexity takes more time and required experienced and skilled resource.
